If the number of exported leads differs from your original search results, it may be due to a few reasons:
- Filter Criteria: Some leads in your search may not fully meet the filtering criteria at the time of export, leading to a smaller export size. For example, certain filters can exclude profiles based on incomplete data fields.
- Profile Availability: Occasionally, profiles that appear in the initial search may become unavailable by the time of export due to changes in privacy settings, profile deactivation, or removal from the platform.
- Outdated or Deleted Profiles: If some profiles in your search no longer exist, they won’t appear in the final export file, which can reduce the export count.
